All ticket prices are per seat and are often well above face value.
Ticket prices reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating, and are based on supply, demand,
and seat location. Because tickets are bought and sold in the secondary market, prices are
subject to change at any time.
All ticket orders are subject to availability. All Sales must be confirmed by a
return phone call or email from one of our sales representatives.
There are no refunds or cancellations once an order is submitted.
The only exception to this rule is if the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, we will
gladly refund the full price paid for the tickets. Tickets to cancelled events need to be received
in our office within 14 days of the cancellation notice to guarantee a full refund. Any shipping
charges are not refundable. Tickets for postponed or rescheduled events will be honored at the new
date of the event.

We will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Once the tickets are in your possession,
they are your responsibility. Please keep your tickets in a safe place, and also away from direct
heat or sunlight, for this can damage them.
All ticket orders placed on our website will be confirmed by a return phone call or e-mail during
our normal business hours. We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and from 10am to 1pm on
Saturday Pacific Standard Time. We are closed Sunday. Online orders placed after 6pm Pacific Standard
Time on weekdays or after-hours on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
During certain holiday weekends, we are closed some Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. In these cases,
we will not be able to process your order until we return the next business day. If you wish to
purchase tickets the same day as the event, we recommend that you call our office and speak with one
of our representatives.
